General Rules
1.1 These terms and conditions shall come into force at the time you click on the “Accept” field and open your account. Therefore, once you have opened your Account, it is deemed that you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them as well as our General Promotions Terms and Regulations and any other Policies of Novibet, as published on its website. By using any of the products or services offered on the present website, it is deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
1.2 The company reserves the right to make changes to these rules, terms and conditions. Notification of any material change to these will be made in advance of any changes coming into effect. Any such notification will be made in these terms and conditions and all editions will include the current version number and issue date. Any specific parts of the terms and conditions that are added, removed, and/or changed shall be specifically highlighted when your acceptance is requested. You have the right to reject such changes or confirm their acceptance. In case of rejection, you shall not be able to play, however, you will be allowed to withdraw your balance according to the terms and conditions you originally agreed to.
1.3 The company reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet and to make ambiguous bets void. No bets will unreasonably be declared void.
1.4 All references to ‘we’ and ‘our’ shall refer to “Logflex MT Limited” according to the context in which they are stated.
1.5 We shall treat any breach of these Terms and Conditions as a serious matter and we may take any steps at law which we deem fit and proper to protect our interests.
1.6 Any information given out by Customer Service agents is a guide only. Although we will make every endeavour to make sure the information supplied to you is correct, ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure you understand what you are betting on and the relevant terms and conditions as well as that gaming is legal in the territory in which you are playing.
1.7 Logflex MT Limited is a company registered in accordance with Maltese Law with registration no C 77772 and registered office at MWH Building, Office N.1, Oratory Street, Naxxar, NXR 2504, Malta. Client’s responsibility
2.1 The company only accepts bets from clients over the age of 18. The right to void any transactions with minors or defaulters is reserved.
2.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they keep their username and security details confidential. In the event that a client is worried that this may no longer be the case they should notify the company immediately whereupon new details may be given and any future transactions under the previous details will be void.
2.3 The company reserves the right to refuse to open a betting account.
2.4 The company reserves the right to close an account in its sole discretion without being obligated to explain the reason. In such cases, we reserve the right not to award any winnings, free bets, bonuses, and/or any other offer, as well as any other amount existing in your account to cover any losses we may have suffered due to such breaches.
Please note that if your account is closed due to the opening of multiple accounts by you, we are entitled – in addition to the above amounts – to deduct from your account any other amount corresponding to the total withdrawals made through these multiple accounts.
2.5 Solely residents of New Zealand are allowed to open an account. If internet gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you are not authorised to complete your registration or open an account. We accept no responsibility for internet gambling from residents in jurisdictions where it is illegal. In any case, it is your responsibility to ascertain that gaming is legal in the territory in which you are playing.
2.6 It is obligatory for you when registering with us to:
- Register personally;
- Register in their own name and surname giving accurate, correct, complete and up-to-date details;
- Register with your date of birth;
- Register with the correct, complete, accurate, and up to date place of residence;
- Register with a valid e-mail address;
- Register with a correct fixed-line home/mobile phone number.
We reserve the right to immediately close any account if it emerges that the information provided is inaccurate or insufficient.
2.7 You are only allowed to open one account. Opening of multiple accounts is not permitted. Should we have reasonable suspicions that any of our you have opened multiple accounts with us we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to freeze that customer’s account or to close the account immediately and you shall forfeit all his winnings.
2.8 We specifically do not permit you to do any of the following:
- To sell, transfer, and/or acquire accounts to/from other players.
- To act on behalf of another person or third party.
- To deposit money originating from criminal activity.
- To deposit money through a credit card which a customer is not authorized to use, or knowingly receiving money from such card on in any other manner colluding with a third party to so do.
- To use in any manner whatsoever their player account or that of third parties for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- To use VPN’s, Proxy servers, Tor Browsers, IP blockers or any type of software or service used to manipulate or obfuscate their location. This is strictly prohibited and Novibet reserves the right to close any accounts, void any open bets and refund any deposits made minus any withdrawals, if we believe that a customer is utilising such a method.
2.9 We strictly prohibit the use of robotic, mechanical, or electronic, or other devices to automatically make decisions in any game, whether such use is attempted or effected by one of you or by as a guest or by any third parties. We reserve the right to immediately close any account if we have valid proof that you are using such means to place bets.
2.10 It is explicitly stated that Logflex MT Limited reserves the right to close and suspend your Account without notice if your account remains inactive for more than 365 days. Additionally, an administrative fee of up to five (5) euros (or the equivalent in NZD) per month may apply to inactive accounts. Prior to any deduction to inactive player accounts Logflex MT Limited shall notify you accordingly (also providing information about the above fee that shall be charged in connections therewith and the consequences thereof) no less than thirty (30) days before your account is due to become inactive. In any case, we shall make all reasonable efforts to contact all inactive users via the contact details last provided by them. We reserve the right to withhold your remaining funds if, despite our efforts, we cannot locate you. In this case, these funds shall be used to fund responsible gaming endeavours, either our own or third parties.
In any case, please note that if you wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account please contact the Customer Support department.
2.11 If you want to stop playing with us, you may do so by closing your account either from your personal settings section of your account or by contacting the Customer Support team via:

Once you close your account, you will no longer have any access to it. In case you wish to re-activate your account, you will be required to answer additional security questions for your own safety.

Deposits / Withdrawals
3.1 Funds deposited in one account cannot be transferred to another account.
3.2 Payout from your account will be made through your customer’s bank account or to the same credit/debit card that was used for deposit. Where this is not possible, Novibet may remit such funds in accordance with any applicable AML legislation.
3.3 We reserve the right to request
- A clear and legible photocopy of your VISA/Mastercard and/or bank statement.
- A picture identity card (ID) or passport or driver’s license.
- Any other official personal identification document which we deem fit to ascertain and verify your age and identity and this at any time and especially prior to processing your withdrawal.
The above-mentioned documents under points (2) and (3) shall also be requested by us in case your cumulative deposits exceed the amount of two thousand euros (€2,000) (or the equivalent in NZD), which value can be calculated on the basis of a rolling period of one hundred eighty (180) days. In this case, you shall have a 30-days period to provide the above requested documents. During this period, you will be able inter alia to submit a withdrawal request, however such request may not be satisfied until the successful completion of your identification.
3.4 Where for any reason you refuse or you are unable to provide us with any of the requested documents, we reserve the right in our sole, absolute discretion to freeze your account or to close the account immediately and you shall forfeit all your winnings. You should also note that your original deposits may not be refunded.
3.5 You shall at all times remain responsible for maintaining and protecting the secrecy of their accounts. You should not allow third parties access to or use of their account. Any losses due to this shall not be refunded by us and we shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever. In this regard we guide your attention to our Privacy Policy which you should read carefully together with these Terms and Conditions.
3.6 You shall not allow any third party using your login details. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies, and holds the company harmless in respect of any damages arising from the same.
3.7 Bets placed by credit or debit card do not become valid until we have received payment. In the event that such payment is not forthcoming before the event that has been bet on commences, that bet is automatically void.
3.8 Novibet reserves the right to impose a fee to your account to pay all reasonable costs associated with both the deposit and withdrawal, if the value of a deposit is not fully wagered before a withdrawal request is made. The requested withdrawal amount may, if necessary, be lowered in value. Additionally, Νovibet has the right to demand additional verification documents for any withdrawals and to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal of funds that haven’t been wagered.
3.9 If a deposit is not fully wagered or in the event of suspected irregular activity, Novibet reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request unless you wagers/plays the initial deposit amount at least three times and at odds greater than 1.50. Additionally, if a deposit’s value is not fully wagered before a withdrawal request is made, or if there is evidence of a series of bets or wagers that guarantee customer profits regardless of the outcome, or if all of the betting or wagering is deemed to be low risk, Novibet reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation in order to verify your source of funds and source of wealth.
3.10 You shall not treat Logflex MT Limited as a financial institution, so you shall not expect any interest on your deposit.
3.11 Novibet is not a financial institution and uses external payment providers to process deposits made by customers. When depositing amounts on the platform using any payment method, your account will only be credited after we receive authorization from the financial institution or payment provider responsible for the transaction. If the financial institution or payment provider does not provide this authorization, your Account will not be credited with the amounts deposited.
Novibet is not responsible for any delay in payment due to failing to provide documents requested by the Company and information requested, or due to error, malfunction or delay of third parties, such as service providers and banks. Novibet is not responsible for any technical error that may occur during the transaction between the customer’s bank and the payment provider.
3.12 All transactions carried out on this website are closely monitored by Logflex MT Limited. Any transaction that is deemed suspicious shall be reported to the competent regulatory authorities, in accordance with the applicable AML legislation, as in force.
3.13 We shall refund the balance of your account in the following indicative cases:
- You reject the changes to the present terms and conditions pursuant to clause 1.2;
- Your account is closed for the reasons specifically mentioned in the present terms and conditions.

3.16 You understand that Novibet has the right to unilaterally limit your gaming activity (bets, payouts) and/or your transactions (deposits / withdrawals), if it deems that there is a suspicion and/or danger of illegal transactions taking place, based on factors such as the level of financial risk, the type of online bet, the frequency of your participations, the frequency and amounts of withdrawals from your account, the amount of expected return, your personal characteristics and qualities (such as occupation, financial standing, gambling behavior, reputation, history, data and information on the basis of which your influence or that of your relatives or persons closely related to you may have shaped the outcome of already offered purchases, your relationship with other licensees), a strong likelihood of collusion among players, information and data creating reasonable doubt as to the integrity of a bet etc.
3.17 You understand that Novibet reserves the right to restrict activity (bets, payouts) and/or transactions (deposits / withdrawals) in the implementation of its reward/loyalty programs, in accordance with the rules of these programs, and on condition that your participating in these programs has received full knowledge of the rules and has consented in advance to their application.
3.18 You understand that Novibet has the right (as well as the obligation) to limit your activity (bets, payouts) and/or your transactions (deposits/withdrawals), in the context of safer gambling principles, if from the information in its possession, it appears that you are demonstrating problematic gaming behavior.

Bets
4.1 The minimum bet is $ 0.10 (NZD) or the equivalent in another currency.
4.2 Credit bets are not accepted.
4.3 The live betting schedule can be amended at any time due to changes in transmission plans by broadcasters.
4.4 Should a bet be placed at an incorrect price due to delayed ‘Live’ coverage of an event bets will be voided.
4.5 Where we have reason to believe that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event is known (even if it is known just to the person placing the bet) we reserve the right to void the bet.
4.6 We reserve the right to suspend betting during an event due to failed transmission or other technical related issues or if we suspect fraud.
4.7 We will determine the deadline for the placing of bets at our discretion.
4.8 We shall not tolerate deliberate and repeated incidents of late betting. We consider this to be fraud and we will deal with it accordingly.
4.9 We further reserve the right to cancel bets even subsequently if any such bet was won by you as a result of a technical fault or error, inclusive of but not limited to an error or fault in transmission. In any such case, the stake of the bet or game shall be re-credited to the player’s account. Nevertheless we reserve the right to hold a customer liable for any damage caused to or suffered by us as a result of such customer knowingly taking advantage of a technical or administrative error when making and/or receiving payments.
4.10 If, during the period of acceptance of bets, information becomes known through which the result of the bet can be determined, the deadline for acceptance of bets will be determined anew or the bet will be cancelled and this in our absolute discretion.
4.11 All prices are subject to variation and become fixed at the time a bet is placed. We cannot be held responsible for any typing, human or palpable error which leads to any errors or omissions, including the announcing, publishing or marking of prices or results, other than those intended, or bets being accepted that contravene our rules. In cases where a bet has been accepted at an incorrect price we reserve the right to void the bet.
4.12 We do not assume liability for correctness, completeness or up-to-dateness of the information services provided. Although we will endeavor to ensure that the information/data we provide is correct and accurate, if an error is made be it a human error or an error resulting from technical problems we do not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from that error or from reliance on anyone’s part of our data. The company also assumes no liability for the accuracy of live scores, statistics and intermediate results in live betting.
4.13 It is the your responsibility to notify our support services immediately should funds be credited to the company’s account in error. Should this occur, these funds are not available for use and we reserve the right to withdraw these funds and to void any transactions placed using them.
4.14 We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet and to make ambiguous bets void. We will inform you by e-mail, phone or telefax and the intended stake will be left on the your betting account. Where a selection is made void, in Single bets the stakes will be returned. In accumulative bets the stake will stand for the remaining selections with a Double becoming a Single, a Treble becoming a Double etc.
4.15 We reserve the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without giving a reason at any time. In addition we reserve the right to close a customer’s account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation. In this event outstanding bets will be honored.
4.16 You must register their bet requests as individuals. Repeated requests containing the same selections from the same or different customers may be subsequently deemed void in the following circumstances:
- Where we believe you are acting in collusion or as a syndicate.
- Where bet requests are registered within a short time of another.
4.17 All bets are subject to acceptance by us and will be confirmed to you at the time the bet is made.
4.18 A bet will stand even if the contestant does not start or if he aborts the contest, unless stated otherwise.
4.19 You must ensure that he understands the terms of the registration of the bet request, including the Rules section, before he confirms the placing of the bet.
4.20 When placing a bet on the Internet, you are solely responsible for your own account transactions. Please be sure to review your bets for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. We do not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by you and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. You may review their transactions in the Pending section of the site after each session to ensure all requested wagers are accepted.
4.21 Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. Special prices may be offered for the combined eventuality. When a special price is not available and such a bet is taken in error, it will be settled as two single bets with the stake equally divided.
4.22 Betting markets with 0% odds key: Concerning selected sport events labeled as “0%” in Novibet’s page.
4.23 Betting markets with 0% odds key: Concerning the “Match Winner” betting market on betslips played before the start of the match.
4.24 Betting markets with 0% odds key: Repetitive, conflicting or additional bets (bets placed on more than one selection) on the markets of the sport events with 0% odds key may be cancelled at any time and any profits which are derived in this way will be deducted from the player’s account.
4.25 The Cash Out option is available in selected games and markets for single or multiple bets placed either before or during the game.
4.26 There may be a delay in accepting the Cash Out request, which may vary depending on the sport or the market.
4.27 If the odds change or a market is suspended or withdrawn, then the Cash Out request may not be successful.
4.28 The Cash Out option will not be available for the period of time where the market in which the bet was placed is not available for betting for any reason.
4.29 The Cash Out option is available for bets placed with the use of a Free bet.
4.30 The Cash out option is not available for bets placed (or for bets containing selections) on Virtual Sports.
4.31 Repetitive Cash Out in a short time after placing the bet is not allowed.
4.32 If the Cash Out request is successful then the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the relevant markets will have no effect on the amount of the Cash Out.
4.33 If a game is interrupted, for the bets that have been settled using the Cash Out option, the Cash Out arrangement applies and not the refund for these bets. If Cash Out took place after the game interruption, Novibet reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Cash Out amount.
4.34 Bets settled using the Cash Out option will not count towards the rollover requirement of the Welcome offer or any other offer.
4.35 Bets settled using the Cash Out option, are not valid for claiming any offer. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of each offer.
4.36 Novibet cannot guarantee that the Cash Out option will be available for your betting option.
4.37 Novibet shall not be responsible in case the Cash Out option is not available for technical reasons.
4.38 Novibet reserves the right to correct, suspend or remove the Cash Out option at any time and for any event, game or market.
4.39 If a full or partial Cash Out is actioned manually for a bet, then any existing Auto Cash Out request relating to that bet will automatically be removed and no longer apply.
4.40 The maximum number of times a bet can be partially Cashed Out is Only 1 time for single bets and 1 time for eligible multiples.
4.41 The minimum partial Cash Out amount must be greater than or equal to 10 times the minimum unit stake (10 x $ 0.10 = $ 1 (NZD)).
4.42 Where an Auto Cash Out request has been made and Cash Out is unavailable, and not made available again before the end of an event, bets will be settled based on the final result.
4.43 Bets placed on such events or markets will apply as originally placed. In the event of an error or a technical problem, Novibet reserves the right to cancel bets settled using the Cash Out option, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The amount of the bet will be returned to the your account.
4.44 Bet Builder is available for selected live or pre-game markets in soccer and tennis matches and selected pre-match markets for Basketball, Am.Football, Ice Hockey & Baseball games.
4.45 The Bet Builder bets are available for Cash Out.
4.46 The maximum number of selections for a match that can be included in a Bet Builder bet is twelve (12).
4.47 If a Bet Builder bet contains a cancelled option then this option will be considered void and the bet’s odds will be set to one (1.0).
4.48 In case of postponement and cancellation, betting events will be settled as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
4.49 Novibet shall not be deemed responsible in case the Bet Builder feature is not available due to technical reasons.
4.50 The Bet Builder feature cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
4.51 Novibet reserves the right to reverse the settlement and/or revise the odds of a Bet Builder bet and/or cancel it in case of an evident error in the calculation of the odds of any betting option included in a Bet Builder bet.
4.52 Novibet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet requested for any competition or betting market or bet type included in the Bet Builder feature.
4.53 Novibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bet Builder feature at any time for any event, scheduled match, betting market, or client.
4.54 Novibet reserves the right to discontinue the Bet Builder feature for any client or group of clients when it has good reason to believe that the client or the group of clients is abusing this feature.
4.55 In order for you to use the ”Bet Request” service, their available balance must be at least $ 10 (NZD).
4.56 Novibet reserves the right not to offer the service to a customer or group of customers at its discretion and without prior notice or explanation.
4.57 Requests through the ”Bet Request” service must be submitted at least half an hour before the scheduled start time of the event/match, so that they can be processed.
4.58 Statistics from the official organizing authority/body of the respective tournament or the respective event shall be used to settle bets. In the event that no official organizing authority has been specified and/or the statistics from the official organizing authority are not available, or there are specific indications – proof that these are not correct, bets shall be settled based on Νοvibet’s statistics and/or on the statistics of Novibet’s official affiliate providers. In the event that Νοvibet´s statistics and/or the statistics of Νοvibet‘s official affiliate providers are not available for any reason, then data from independent sources shall be used for the settlement of bets.
4.59 Νοvibet reserves the right to not offer or recall any odds offered through the ”Bet Request” service at any time and without prior notice or explanation.
4.60 Νοvibet reserves the right to offer up to 5 Bet requests per customer per day.
4.61 ”Bet Request” service does not offer the option to Cash out.
4.62 For settlement purposes, where at least one selection out of the total of bet selections is void, then the whole bet shall be void (e.g. In the combination of First scorer market with the Match winner market, if the chosen scorer does not play, then the whole combination will be void and not just the selection regarding the scorer who did not play).

5.1 The Casino terms and conditions as set out below apply to all Novibet customers. It must be noted that the Casino terms and conditions as they appear here, apply in combination, jointly and not separately from the terms and conditions set forth within each Casino game, as well as jointly with any other Novibet term and condition. 5.6.3 In the event of a casino system malfunction all wagers are void.
5.6.4 If for any reason the player is disconnected from the Casino game, then Novibet cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from this disconnection. The balance of his account is recorded and the outcome of the game is in no way affected by the disconnection.
5.6.5 By placing further bets, the player accepts the result of his previous bet. Therefore, at the discretion of Novibet, the result of the previous bet is no longer under dispute and no refund or compensation will be granted. In the event that the player considers the outcome of any of the games to be incorrect, he/she should immediately contact Novibet’s Support and report his/her dissatisfaction.
5.6.6 In the event that a player has made a wager in a game and his/her participation is interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or a failure of the player’s computer system that prevents the player from continuing the game, the game shall conclude on its own and on the restoration of the system the player may view the outcome of the game in the account pages and if the player wins, the amount won will be debited immediately to his/her account.
5.6.7 If for any reason the transfer of funds between the game and the player’s account is interrupted, then the matter will be investigated in cooperation with the game’s provider and where it is decided, the winnings or the betting amount will return to the player’s account.
5.6.8 When a communication error or a disconnection occurs during a free spin cycle that has been awarded as a result of winning for free rotation during the game, the remaining free circles may be lost and any compensation will be given at Novibet’s discretion.
5.7 In the event that a player is not active for a period of 20 minutes the game session is automatically terminated and the player needs to login again in order to gain access to his/her account and the games.

Winnings
6.1 The maximum win per bet/systembet is limited to $ 500.000 (NZD). Winnings from progressive games are exempt from this clause.
6.2 You are not permitted to make multiple bets using the same or similar combination of events if the possible win is higher than that stipulated in 6.1.
6.3 All winnings will be credited to the your account.
6.4 In fixed odds bets, the winnings are calculated by multiplying the bet by the specified odds.
In case of live bets, you can accept any changes in odds during the bet’s placement process. Changes in odds are considered to be those between the bet placement’s time on the bet slip and the time of the bet’s acceptance. The actual odds are displayed in the bet validation notification. If you do not receive the above notification, the bet will still be valid if it appears as “Pending” in the “Bet History” section of the betting account.

Odds
7.1 All bets will be settled at the odds on offer when the bet was placed. We reserve the right to change the odds at any time.
7.2 All odds are valid on actual results at the end of play. Extra time does not count unless otherwise stated.
7.3 If a game is abandoned or cancelled, it will be considered void and the odds will be set to one (1.0) unless otherwise stated.

Events
8.1 A game that is postponed by more than 24 hours will be treated as void unless otherwise stated. The odds for such a game will be set to one (1.0) for settling purposes.
8.2 Any suspected irregularities in the game or sporting event may lead to the company withholding payments until a full investigation has taken place. Any such investigation will be carried out by the company in cooperation with the relevant governing body and/or independent authority. Any bets placed on such events may be declared void and the stakes returned.
8.3 You are not permitted to place bets, directly or indirectly, on events in which they are participating in any manner whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to sports-players, coaches and club or team managers or employees. We reserve the right to take all necessary actions, particularly those specified under these General Terms and Conditions, in case a breach of this rule is intercepted or brought to our attention.

We reserve the right to cancel any bet made on an obviously “bad” line or a wager made after an event has started.

Responsible Gambling
10.1 Limits
You can set the following daily, weekly and/or monthly limits on your account either via your account settings or by contacting the Customer Support team:
- a. deposit limits that allow you to limit the amount of money or money’s worth that you can deposit for a period of time; and/or
- b. turnover (wagering) limits that allow you to limit the amount of money and/or money’s worth that you can wager for a period of time; and/or
- c. loss limits that allow you to limit the amount of money or money’s worth that can be lost for a period of time; and/or
- d. time limits, by means of which, the amount of time which you spend playing is limited.
To do so, you simply must enter a limit of your choice at the equivalent field, your password and then press “Save”. In case you wish to set no limit, the equivalent field should not be selected.
For the purposes of the above-mentioned limits, a day is defined as the twenty-four-hour periods, reckoned from one midnight to the next (for instance Monday, from 00:00 (GMT+0) to 23:59 (GMT+0)). Week extends from Monday 00:00 (GMT+0) to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+0), and month extends from the first day of the calendar month until the last day of the same month (for instance March, from 1st March 00:00 (GMT+0) to 31st March 23:59 (GMT+0)).
You can make your limits more stringent at any time through your account settings or by contacting the Customer Support team. Your relevant request will be immediately effective upon its receipt. Please note that if you opt to submit your request by contacting the Customer Support team, this will be effective within twenty-four (24) hours upon its receipt.
You may request via contacting our Customer Support team or through your account settings to make it less stringent or remove your limits. After the lapse of seven (7) days from receipt of your relevant request, we will ask you to reconfirm your relevant choice. Once you reconfirm it, your relevant request will be immediately effective.
10.2 Time-Out
If you wish to take a total break from all gaming activity, a ‘Time-Out’ period can be requested either from your personal settings section of your account or by contacting the Customer Support team via:

You can request a Time-Out for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks.
During this period your online account that you hold with us will not be available. It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the end of your chosen time span. The Time-Out will be automatically removed at the end of the selected period.

10.3 Self Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal process whereby you request us to prevent you from being able to access your account for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or lifetime. You can self-exclude either from your personal settings section of your account or by contacting the Customer Support team via:

A definite self-exclusion period can be extended anytime for a minimum period of at least 6 months. To do so, you may log in to your account only for the purpose of requesting an extension of your set self-exclusion period simply by clicking on the relevant option, that will be available upon logging in to your account. Kindly be aware that in case you attempt to amend any other fields in your account settings, these will not be effective.
If you self-exclude your account will be deactivated immediately, and your online account will not be available. However, during the self-exclusion period you will be able to access your account in order to request a withdrawal of any amounts simply by clicking on the relevant option, which will be available upon logging in to your account.
During this period, we will do our best in order not to send you any marketing material.
If a self-exclusion is set, your account can only be reopened once the exclusion has expired, or on your request at any time, at Novibet’s discretion.

If the request relates to an indefinite self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened until after the lapse of at least seven (7) days from the time that Novibet accepts the request to decrease or revoke the self-exclusion.

10.4 Playtime reminder
You can set a frequency at which you will receive and see on the screen a playtime reminder within a gambling session.
You are offered the option to set a playtime reminder on your account at a frequency of your choice at 30, 45, 60 or 120 minutes. Upon reaching, for example, the 30-minute mark our system will advise you that 30 minutes have elapsed since your session began. At this point you can request to continue gambling or set another time limit.
Please note that a playtime reminder is set by default at 30’ minutes upon your registration.

Complaints
11.1 At Novibet we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of Customer Support. 11.3 All Complaints shall be acknowledged in writing within one (1) business day of receipt. The acknowledgement shall inform you of their Complaint Reference, by whom their Complaint is to be handled. The outcome of the complaint is to be communicated within a period of ten (10) days from the date on which the complaint is received. Under certain circumstances, this period might be extended by a further ten (10) days. Where such extension is necessary, you shall be informed within the first ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the complaint that we shall be making use of such extension, along with the reasons why is needed.
11.4 Once a final decision has been made, a notification to you will be sent to your preferred method of contact. Only once Logflex MT Limited’s full complaints handling procedure has been followed and completed, can you seek external resolution from an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity (“ADR”).
11.5 You have the right to seek External Resolution of Disputes by an external ADR. The eCOGRA Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Service is an impartial mediation service specializing in the field of online gambling disputes. The eCOGRA ADR service will act as a mediator for disputes arising between Logflex MT Limited and you. Cancellation of Events, Competitions, and Transactions
You understand and accept that we pursue a cancellation policy with regard to events and/or participations and/or transactions and/or competitions, in this context, either as a precaution or ex-post:
- It reviews and evaluates any data or information that comes to its attention that may affect the integrity of the organisation or conduct of an event.
- It is obliged to cancel the offer of events and/or to suspend the settlement of Participations and Transactions related to a cancelled event offered:
- When it has sufficient evidence to challenge the integrity of a bet and/or when it has sufficient evidence that, when the bet was placed on the event, Suspicious or Unusual Transactions took place or were or are being attempted as per the applicable legal and regulatory framework on the prevention and suppression of Money Laundering and/or when it has sufficient information to determine collusion between Players, or there is sufficient evidence from which it appears that the integrity of the online bets is compromised.
- When it has sufficient evidence that the organisation and/or conduct of the offered events took place in violation of existing provisions or the rules of conduct of the games as foreseen in our Regulations.
- By order of the legally competent authorities.
- It may cancel the offer of events and/or suspend the settlement of Participations and Transactions related to a canceled offer if it is proven that a human or technical error has occurred in the offer of the event or in the acceptance of participations and related transactions (e.g. an error where the prices are (a) materially different from what was available on the general market at the time the online bet was placed or (b) clearly erroneous given the likelihood that the event occurred when the online bet was placed).
- It takes all due care and measures to ensure that the cancellation policy for games offered and/or suspension of settlement of Participations and Transactions related to the canceled offer, is implemented in a timely manner and anyway within a reasonable period of time after occurrence and awareness of the circumstances prompting the relevant decisions.
- It has the right to include in the Regulations special cases giving rise to cancellation of Participations due to violation of the rules of online games, as well as to apply rules and procedures for redistribution of payouts and winnings when a cancellation affects the payouts of other players who are not responsible for the acts prompting the relevant decisions.
